Cindy Overton, a native of Mechanicsville, Virginia, is an agent licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and member of the Mike Chenault Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Virginia. Cindy worked as a CPA before starting her family. After enjoying her years as a full-time mom, Cindy joined the family real estate business, becoming a REALTOR in 2012.

Cindy prides herself on providing outstanding customer service. Her goals are to be available for her clients, looking out for their best interests, and providing knowledge and guidance through the buying and/or selling process. Most of all, Cindy wants to develop strong personal relationships that last long past the transaction is complete. She is experienced with both re-sales and new construction, specifically active adult communities. As a member of the Mike Chenault Group, Cindy has access to the wealth of knowledge and experience provided by Mike Chenault, principal broker of Hometown Realty, the largest locally owned real estate firm in Richmond.

As a life-long resident of Hanover County, Cindy is a very active volunteer in her community and local church. She is also an avid college sports fan (Go HOOS!).
